Graduated in LAW. Born on 15.2.1935. Educated at Government High School, Bijnor, BNSD College, Kanpur, Allahabad University, Allahabad, Meerut College, Meerut. Enrolled Advocate in the Allahabad High Court on 22.4.1960. Practised at Bijnore from 3.1.1958 to February, 1959. Practised in the Allahabad High Court at Allahabad from 22.4.1960 onwards. Appointed Additional Judge. Allahabad High Court from 2nd July 1979. Appointed permanent Judge from 30.12.1982.
