The District & Sessions Judges of the concerned districts are requested to make available the infrastructure for these courts out of the existing infrastructure, within the court premises, to make these courts functional till infrastructure as requested by the High Court is created by the Government for running these courts.

The certificates of taking over charge by the Presiding Officers, Additional Courts be sent the Assistant Registrar (Services) & Assistant Registrar (Confidential-'B'), High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
