• Born and brought up at Moradabad. Throughout first class. After completing Graduation in Science, did 2 Years' Full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Equivalent to Masters in Business Administration) (M.B.A.) from Dehradun. Thereafter, while pursuing LL.B. from K.G.K. College, Moradabad, affiliated to M.J.P. Rohilkhand University Bareilly, worked as a Lecturer on lecture-basis in Institute of Foreign Trade & Management, Moradabad (Now IFTM University) and taught various subjects of Management to students of under Graduate and Post Graduate levels, viz, Production Management, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Environment, Research Methodology, Business Economics, Organizational behaviour, etc.
• Practised initially for 2 years in District Court Moradabad and then joined High Court Bar Association, Allahabad in 2002 and started practising under able guidance of Sri Prakash Krishna, Advocate, who was, later on, elevated to the Bench.
• Practised for more than 20 years in High Court covering almost all sides, i.e., Civil Writs, Matters under Article 227, First & Second Appeals, Rent Control matters, Civil Revisions, Matters relating to Development Authorities, Local Bodies, Land Acquisition, Education, Elections, Service, Societies/Committee of Management, Revenue, P.I.L.s., Criminal Writs, Revisions, Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., Bails etc.
• Remained on panel of University of Allahabad.
• Took oath as Additional Judge on February 7, 2023.
