Graduated in Law. Born on 10th July,
1913. Educated at Govt. King Edward High School, Deoria, Govt. Inter
College, Allahabad and University of Allahabad. Entered U.P. Civil
(Judicial) Service in 1941 as Munsif. Appointed Civil Judge in 1950
and as Civil and Sessions Judge in 1953. On deputation with the Govt. of
India, Ministry of Home Affairs and was appointed Judicial Secretary.
Legal Remembrancer, Himachal Pradesh, 1956. Was promoted as District Judge
on 1962. Appointed Jt. Secretary and Jt. Legal Remembrancer and later as
Judl. Secy. and Legal Remembrancer, U.P. in 1967-68. Appointed Additional
Judge from 7.7.1969 for two years. Re-appointed Additional Judge for two
years from 7.7.1971. Appointed permanent Judge from 3.9.1971. |
