Graduated in Law. Born on July 7th, 1933. Entered Government Service on November 12th, 1959. Worked as Munsif, Civil Judge, Additional District & Session Judge from June 16th, 1984. Appointed Judicial Member, Uttar Pradesh Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow on July 1st, 1988. Appointed Judge in the Allahabad High Court on July 6th, 1990. Retired on July 7th, 1995.
