Graduated in Law. Born on 17th May,
1908. Educated at Government High School, Barabanki, DAV College, Kanpur
and Lucknow University. Enrolled Pleader in 1931 in Lucknow Judgeship. Did
Civil and Criminal work for about a year at Lucknow and thereafter at
Unnao. Joined the U.P. Civil Service (Judicial Branch) on August 23, 1934.
Worked as Secretary to Govt. of U.P. in the Judicial Branch and Joint
Legal Rememberancer to Govt. of U.P. and District Judge in U.P. Appointed
Additional Judge, Allahabad High Court for a period of two years with
effect from 19th October, 1964. Reappointed Additional Judge for a period
of two years from 19th October, 1966. Appointed permanent Judge on
