HON'BLE MR. MOTI LAL BHATT

Graduated in Law. Born on October 1st, 1931. Enrolled Pleader in January, 1955 as Vakil in April, 1987 and as Advocate in February, 1968. Had been senior Advocate at Srinagar with 25 years of standing at the Bar, dealing with all types of litigation Appointed Judge, Jammu & Kashmir High Court from May 25th, 1984 and transferred to the Allahabad High Court November 3rd, 1989. Retired on October 7th, 1993.
