Graduated in Law. Born on January 5th, 1934. Joined Government Services as Munsif on March 24th, 1961. Worked as Civil Judge from January 11th, 1971 to August 25th, 1973. Addl. District & Session Judge from May 5th, 1974 to April 14th, 1997 and worked as District Judge Super Time from November 21st, 1987. Appointed as permanent Judge of the Allahabad High Court on February 4th, 1992. Retied on January 5th, 1996.
