In partial modification in Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 864/Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, the words “vice Sri Vikas” is treated as deleted.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1160/Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Sri Maan Vardhan, Registrar (Judicial) (Selection and Appointment/Seniority), High Court of Judicature at Allahabad to be Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1830 /Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Sri Nitin Singh, Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Varanasi to be Civil Judge (Junior Division) (Hawali), Varanasi vice Sushri Priyal Sharma.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1831 /Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Sri Kuldeep Singh Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Varanasi is appointed U/s 9(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023) as First Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Varanasi vice Smt. Saumya Pandey.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1727 /Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Smt. Anishka Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Muzaffar Nagar to be Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Muzaffar Nagar.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1728 /Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Sushri Shalini Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Deoria is appointed U/s 9(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 46 of 2023) as First Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Muzaffar Nagar vice Smt. Alka Nehal.

In supersession of the Hon’ble Court’s Notification No. 1283/Admin. (Services)/2026 dated 10.04.2026, Sri Ambareesh Tripathi, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampur to be Secretary (Full Time), District Legal Services Authority,Lakhimpur Kheri vice Sri Pradeep Kumar Kushwaha.

Sri Pradeep Kumar Kushwaha, Secretary (Full Time), District Legal Services Authority, Lakhimpur Kheri to be Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri.

The handing and taking over charge certificates may kindly be sent to the Joint Registrar (Services), High Court, Allahabad as per direction mentioned in Hon’ble Court’s Letter No. 180/Admin.(Services)/2026 dated 26.03.2026, both physically and via email ID services@allahabadhighcourt.in.

The officers shall also mention their personal ID no., allotted by the Court on the charge certificate.

Kindly refer to G.L. No. 27/Admin G-II dated 24.11.2021 wherein it has been directed that “District & Sessions Judges & Principal Judges of Family Courts to strictly ensure that no case remains pending in courts falling vacant on account of transfer etc. of presiding officers, unless the same is specifically barred.

That immediately upon handing over charge by the transferred Presiding Officer and the Court falling vacant as a result thereof, the staff attached to such vacant court be transferred to other courts/establishment.
