Higher Judicial Service U/r 22(1) of U.P.H.J.S. Rules, 1975 and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Aligarh.

You are directed to permit the newly appointed Direct Recruit of U.P. Higher Judicial Services, to take over charge on the post.

The Officer whose name has been mentioned above shall proceed to take over charge at the place of posting immediately.

The taking over charge certificates may kindly be sent to the Assistant Registrar (Services), High Court, Allahabad, both physically and via email ID services@allahabadhighcourt.in

        Your are directed to make arrangement for field training in the judgeship for newly recruited/ appointed candidate of Direct Recruit of U.P. Higher Judicial Services.

        It is to add that local arrangement shall be made by you in pursuance to the circular letter No.27/D.R.(S)/2000 dated 21.6.2000.

Kindly refer to G.L. No. 27/Admin G-II dated 24.11.2021 wherein it has been directed that “District & Sessions Judges & Principal Judges of Family Courts to strictly ensure that no case remains pending in courts falling vacant on account of transfer etc. of presiding officers, unless the same is specifically barred.

That immediately upon handing over charge by the transferred Presiding Officer and the Court falling vacant as a result thereof, the staff attached to such vacant court be transferred to other courts/establishment.”

        You shall proceed to take over charge of your place of posting immediately under Government notification/appointment No. 1063/II-4-2025-02-4001 (099)/345/2020 dated 14.11.2025. Court's Notification has been sent to you by speed/registered post and it is also available on official website of Hon'ble Court i.e. www.allahabadhighcourt.in.

        You are directed to participate in the Induction Training whenever Judicial Training & Research Institute, U.P., Lucknow, holds it.


You are also directed to swear an 'affidavit' mentioning therein the facts as mentioned at point no. 4 of the Government notification/appointment No. 1063/II-4-2025-02-4001(099)/345/2020 dated 14.11.2025.
