IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. Earlier, Tentative Seniority List of Eligible Advocates who are members of either or both the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) and the Advocates’ Association (AA), was published on the official website of the High Court. Objections were invited, both online as well as offline (till 05.06.2026) from the concerned Eligible Advocates. Those were forwarded to the High Court Bar Association and Advocates’ Association, respectively.
2. In all 3093 number of objections were received. Of that 97 objections were received online and remaining 2996 were received through offline mode.
3. The aforesaid two Bar Associations have disposed off all the above described objections and have communicated the result of the same to the High Court.
4. Upon due consideration, the resolution of objections offered by the two Bar Associations, have been accepted by the High Court. Accordingly, all objections to the Tentative Seniority List stand disposed off.
5. Consequently, the Final Seniority List of 12884 Eligible Advocates has been prepared under Rule ‘7’ of the “High Court Advocate’s Chambers and Parking Rules, 2026”, according to the resolution offered by the two Bar Associations.
6. The Final Seniority List has been uploaded on the official website of the High Court, Allahabad, as List 1.
7. Despite all previous efforts made by the two Bar Associations, it has been reported that the essential details of 2133 number of Eligible Advocates are deficient on various counts.
8. Thus, a separate Deficiency list of 2133 Eligible Advocates is also uploaded on the official website of the High Court, as List 2.
9. Unless all data of an Eligible Advocate included in List 1 above, is complete and correct in all respects, the concerned Eligible Advocate would not be able to register their application on the Integrated Chamber Allotment System (ICAS).
10. Therefore, all 2133 Eligible Advocates whose names are included in List 2 i.e. the Deficiency List are given one last opportunity to cure the deficiency/deficiencies, by submitting their (all) correct details, on the official website of the High Court in the link www.allahabadhighcourt.in/advocate/advch/ between 06:00 PM on 24.06.2026 and 05:59 PM on 27.06.2026.
11. Simultaneously, as already notified, all Eligible Advocates included in the Final Seniority List (List 1), who are desirous of seeking allotment of New Advocates’ Chambers, are necessarily required to open/maintain a dedicated bank account with the State Bank of India, High Court Allahabad Branch as required under Rule 13 of “High Court Advocate’s Chambers and Parking Rules, 2026”. Unless such account is opened/maintained, the concerned Eligible Advocate would remain prevented from seeking valid registration on the Integrated Chamber Allotment System (ICAS), despite their name being included in the Final Seniority List.
