Earlier, Final Seniority List (List I) of Eligible Advocates who are members of either or both the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) and the Advocates' Association (AA), was published on the official website of the High Court 24.06.2026. Online link is available till 03.07.2026 to cure deficiencies/duplication in the personal data of the concerned Eligible Advocates.

 

After pre-testing of the personal data provided, it was observed that deficiencies/duplication still persists in the Final Seniority List pertaining to several Eligible Advocates. In order to ensure fast and smooth allotment of newly constructed Advocates' Chambers, it is necessary that the deficiencies/duplication be cured immediately.

 

The type of duplication & deficiencies observed in the Final Seniority List along with the name of Eligible Advocates are as under:

 

1. Duplicate AoR(s)

2. Duplicate E-mail(s)

List B

 

 

3. Duplicate Mobile No(s).

4. Deficiencies.

Further, there are deficiencies in the personal data of as many as 968 Eligible Advocates. The list of the same is as under:

5. Also, it has been observed that there are some cases wherein non-existent AoR(s) have been provided and they need to be corrected immediately. In absence of such corrections, the respective advocates shall not be able to apply for allotment.

AS INDICATED ABOVE, THE ABOVE DEFICIENCIES/DUPLICATION ARE TO BE CURED WITH IMMEDIATELY EFFECT ON OR BEFORE 03.07.2026, TO ENSURE EARLY AND SMOOTH ALLOTMENT OF THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED ADVOCATES' CHAMBERS. FAILING THAT, THE CONCERNED ADVOCATES SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR ALLOTMENT.

 

 

6. Further, as already notified, all Eligible Advocates who are desirous of seeking allotment of New Advocates' Chambers, are necessarily required to open/maintain a dedicated bank account with the State Bank of India, High Court Allahabad Branch as required under Rule 13 of “High Court Advocate's Chambers and Parking Rules, 2026”. UNLESS SUCH ACCOUNT IS OPENED/MAINTAINED, THE CONCERNED ELIGIBLE ADVOCATE WOULD REMAIN PREVENTED FROM SEEKING VALID REGISTRATION ON THE INTEGRATED CHAMBER ALLOTMENT SYSTEM (ICAS), DESPITE THEIR NAME BEING INCLUDED IN THE FINAL SENIORITY LIST.
