Recruitment of System Officer / System Assistant

How to Apply

Candidates must apply online only from 20.10.2011 to 31.10.2011 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should
(i) Scan their colour passport size photograph, signature, SSC or equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth and consolidated (final) marks-sheet of Intermediate & Diploma as image in (.jpg/.jpeg) file format.
(ii) Have a valid personal Email Id that should be kept active till the finishing of this round of recruitment under E-Court Project.
Filling in the Online Application
(i) Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Date of birth, Address, Email ID, etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after submitting the Online Application. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
(ii) Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the "SUBMIT" button, candidates are advised to verify every particular filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
(iii) While specifying percentage of marks in Qualification Section of the application form, if grade like A, B, etc. is available, but not the actual percentage of marks, candidate should specify the highest of the percentage range for the grade he/she obtained. Similarly, if grading is based on 1 to 10 scale, candidate shouls convert it into percentage according to the rules of the concerned institute / university
(iv) After submitting the application form, a Login Id and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Login Id and Password for future reference.
(v) Candidates are required to upload their colour photograph, signature and other documents as per the advertisement. A separate link is provided for this purpose.
(vi) After applying on-line and uploading the documents, the candidate should immediately take a printout of the system generated on-line application form, and retain it for future reference.They are required to bring the printout at the time of written test / interview. They should not send this printout to the High Court.
(vii) No acknowledgment will be given for online registration. However, a Login Id and Password will be generated.If a candidate does not get online generated Login Id and Password, he/she should go to 'Upload photograph and other documents' OR 'Application Printout / Reprint' link to login and then click on 'Forgot Password' and provide the details as required including the email id he/she specified in the application form. If a new Password is generated, he/she should continue. Otherwise, he/she should consider applying again.
(viii) An online application which is incomplete in any respect such as without the photograph and signature uploaded will not be considered valid.
(ix) Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances AFTER SUBMITTING THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM. High Court will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.
(x) Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply on-line much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for uploading the documents to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on the High Court's website on account of heavy load on internet/website.
(xi) High Court does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the Court.
(xii) Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.
(xiii) Any information submitted by an applicant in his/ her application will bind the candidate personally and if found to be false shall be liable for prosecution apart from consequences in civil law as may be deemed requisite.
Guidelines for scanning and Upload of Photograph, Signature and other documents
Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph, signature and other documents as per the specifications given below.
(i) Photograph Image:
(a)Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
(b)Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
(c)Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
(d)If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
(e)If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye".
(f)If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
(g)Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
(h)Dimensions 135 x 150 pixels (preferred).
(i)Size of file should be between 20kb-50 kb.
(j)Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
(ii) Signature Image:
(a)The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
(b)The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
(c)The signature will be used to put on the printed application and wherever necessary.
(d)If the Applicant's signature on the attendance sheet and answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the printed application, the applicant will be disqualified.
(e)Dimensions 200 x 40 pixels (preferred).
(f)Size of file should be between 10kb - 20kb.
(g)Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20KB.
(iii) Document(s) Image:
(a)Marks-sheet and certificate should be scanned in such manner that there is no croping in them.
(b)Dimensions 1000 x 800 pixels (preferred).
(c)Size of file should be between 280kb - 360kb.
(d)Ensure that the size of the scanned document is not more than 360KB.
