• Graduated in Law from Law School, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
• During practice spread over 26 years, had the advantage of handling almost all sides, i.e., Arbitration, Civil Suits, Civil Writs, Matters under Article 227, First & Second Appeals, Civil Revisions, Matters relating to Development Authorities, Local Bodies, Family Court Appeals, Education, Service, Societies/Committee of Management, PIL’s, Criminal Writs, Appeals, Revisions, Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., Bails etc.
• Invited to be a guest lecturer for Alternate Dispute Redressal (ADR) in the prestigious Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
• Empaneled as an Arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and successfully arbitrated both Domestic & International Commercial Arbitration.
• Appointed as the Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC) at the Delhi High Court and was also Empaneled with Union of India “Group-A” Panel Counsel for Supreme Court of India & PSU’s, Delhi University.
• Appeared & defended various Authorities like NOIDA Authority, Greater Noida Authority, NHPC, ONGC, Hockey India etc.
• Elevated as Judge of High Court, Allahabad on September 27, 2025.
